CADUS REDEFINE GLOBAL SOLIDARITY e.V. is a charitable and independent aid organization based in Berlin, Germany. Effective teamwork, interdisciplinary and critical reflection of established NGO-practice, as well as the early involvement of the local communities are central values for CADUS. In 2016 CADUS is part of SAR missions in the Mediterranean: with two rigid-inflatable boats in the Aegean Sea at Chios / Lesvos, in collaboration with NGO Sea-Watch, and with a rescue team support the NGO LifeBoat gGmbH rescue cruiser Minden, patrolling the Libyan coast line.
